Outreach

Mission Challenge - Each Sunday our congregation gathers nonperishable food and personal care items for distribution at our local food panty, The Help Center, for those who face food insecurity. We set a monthly goal through our Mission Challenge for specific items each month. We also support Ozark Food Harvest .

Blankets of Love - Throughout the year we gather blankets, socks, gloves, etc. for those in need of warmth or who need comfort. Our mission is to be there with a helping hand to those who have need to blanket them with God's love.

Bright Futures - We work with Bright Futures to provide items for weekend backpack food programs .  We also support students with clothing needs.

Festival of Sharing -   We participate in this ecumenical ministry with churches throughout Missouri.  As a cooperative response to hunger, poverty and injustice in Missouri and beyond, we collect items for shelters and schools, emergency clean-up kits, prison ministries and much more. This year we raised money for Mobility World Wide of SW Missouri, Heifer International and Church World Service health and school kits.

Other Ministries -  Our congregation works with and supports many local ministries such as Habitat for Humanity, the Talkington Foundation and other local ministries in addition to our national missions ministries.
